CNBC to Air Squawk Box Live on Good Friday

Good Friday, on which the markets around the world are generally closed, is no different this year.  CNBC is scheduling its usual swathe of pre-recorded programming for the day with one exception.  Squawk Box will be aired live for three hours from 6am through to 9am ET.  This is in contrast to recent public holiday's where CNBC have scheduled just pre-recorded programmes, whilst Fox Business and Bloomberg have aired some live programming.  In an apparent reaction to this, a live programme will be aired from CNBC's worldwide headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

CNBC's Good Friday schedule currently looks like this;
