Kevin O'Leary Follows Amanda Lang to CBC

One of the stars of Canada's Business News Network has signed a deal to join his former co-host, Amanda Lang on a new show due to begin airing this autumn on CBC Newsworld, the 24 hour general news channel.  Lang, who presented SqueezePlay on BNN with Kevin O'Leary, left the network earlier this summer after it was announced that she would front a new daily business round-up show focusing on the Canadian and other North American markets. 

O'Leary told 'Report on Business' jokingly; "Amanda Lang left alone in a show with her liberal views is dangerous, I have been hired on behalf of all Canadians who believe in the capitalist system to keep her in check." On a more serious note, he said; "We built something together and I didn't want to lose it - I like working with her."

He also presents the Canadian version of Dragon's Den on the main CBC Network.
