Pimm Fox
Pimm Fox is the news anchor of Taking Stock, broadcast from 3:00-6:00 p.m. EDT on Bloomberg Television. Together with guest industry representatives and financial experts he guides an in-depth discussion and analysis of industry and market trends with an eye to investment opportunities.
Betty Liu
Betty Liu is a news anchor for Bloomberg Television. She counts viewers down to the opening of the market. Liu jumpstarted her career in financial journalism while acting as the youngest-ever Taiwan Bureau Chief for Dow Jones Newswires.
After she left Dow Jones, she worked for several years as the Atlanta Bureau Chief for the Financial Times, where she broke stories on top corporate and political leaders such as Coca-Cola ex-chief executive Douglas Daft, former Home Depot CEO Bob Nardelli and former U.S. President Jimmy Carter.
Erik Schatzker
Erik Schatzker is a news anchor and editor-at-large for Bloomberg Television. He primes investors for the day ahead as co-host for the early morning broadcast. Schatzker began at Bloomberg as bureau chief in Toronto for Bloomberg's Canadian news coverage. In 1998, he moved to Bloomberg's New York Headquarters to work as a features writer, editor, manager and award-winning reporter.
In 2007, Schatzker started his work in Bloomberg Television, where he remains today.
Over the course of his career, Schatzker has scored timely interviews with guests including hedge fund legend George Soros, Wells Fargo Chairman Richard Kovacevich and former Bear Stearns CEO Alan "Ace" Greenberg. Most recently, Mr. Shatzker represented Bloomberg Television at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
Deirdre Bolton
Deirdre Bolton is a news anchor on Bloomberg Television, a subsidiary of Bloomberg L.P. Bolton brings together reporters from New York, London and Singapore for a daily look at what counts most for US-based traders and investors. Prior to joining Bloomberg in 1999, Ms. Bolton started her career in banking, selling European equities to US portfolio managers. She worked for La Caisse de Depots (CDC North America) and Societe Generale, both in France and in the US.
While working at Bloomberg, Bolton has covered the markets for the UK-, European-, and US-based audiences from the New York Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ. Bolton has been the face of Bloomberg News for affiliate reports in Pittsburgh, Raleigh, San Antonio, Salt Lake City, and New York City, among other cities. She is a frequent guest on CBS's The Early Show.
Bernard Lo
Bernard Lo is a TV anchor and host on Bloomberg TV Asia. Lo anchors the flagship breaking news program Morning Call every morning. He also hosts the chat show Asia Confidential with Bernie Lo. He has interviewed Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Richard Branson amongst others on the show.
Prior to working at Bloomberg, Lo was at CNBC Asia and started his career with ATV (Hong Kong). Lo was educated in the United States, obtaining his Masters degree from the University of Idaho in 1990. Lo speaks Cantonese and three other languages. He was born in Seattle and grew up there.
Margaret Brennan
Margaret Brennan is currently a presenter for Bloomberg Television presenting business news during normal trading hours in the United States. Prior to joining Bloomberg, she was a General Assignment Reporter for CNBC where she reported regularly for Business day programming and specializes on consumer spending and the retail industry. She also contributed to MSNBC and NBC News programmes. Brennan also anchored CNBC Marketwrap Updates for MSNBC, CNBC Asia and NBC Mobile.
