'This Week' is Number 2 for the Week, Beats 'Face the Nation'

This WeekABC News' This Week on Sunday, January 31, 2010 posted its highest Total Viewer delivery of the season so far with 3.070 million Total Viewers, making it the number two Sunday show of the week.   Season-to-date, the program continues to rank second among Total Viewers with an average of 2.79 million Total Viewers, outperforming CBS’s “Face the Nation.”

“This Week” also experienced week-to-week growth in both total viewers (+12%) and the key Adults 25-54 demographic (+8%).  

“This Week” was rescheduled in Seattle, Portland, Las Vegas and Salt Lake City due to NBA coverage.

Last Sunday ABC News’ Barbara Walters guest anchored the program.  Her headliner was Senator-elect Scott Brown (R-MA) in an exclusive interview, and the round table featured Fox News Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes, The Huffington Post’s Arianna Huffington, The New York Times’ Paul Krugman, and ABC’s George Will. 

Ian Cameron is the executive producer. The program airs Sundays on the ABC Television Network.
